Wann kam die CSL DD Wheel Base auf den Markt?

The Fanatec CSL DD Wheel Base was announced in June 2021 and began shipping to the first customers in October 2021. It was the first Wheel Base in Fanatec's CSL series to utilize Direct Drive technology, paving the way to offer Wheel Bases without belts or gears, along with the associated advantages, to a broader customer base.

The Wheel Base originally comes with the QR1 Base-Side and is already prepared for an upgrade to the QR2 system.

The most noticeable visual difference compared to the similar GT DD Wheel Base is the modified housing shape, with fewer rounded edges.

Technically, the CSL DD and GT DD are closely related.
The GT DD Wheel Base offers all the features of the CSL DD Wheel Base and adds PlayStation (4/5) compatibility.

Both Wheel Bases are compatible with the PC platform and can also be used on Xbox (One, Series S/X) systems with the appropriate steering wheel.
