Where can i check fedex claim result

NXTPOINT is taking care of uploading the claims and keeping the results up-to-date.

What does each status mean?

· Open

• This claim is still ongoing and under investigation

• We do not have a result yet, and wait on FedEx for their final answer until we proceed
  

These results can either be:

· Paid

• FedEx accepted the claim! They confirm the loss of the parcel

• Now we can proceed and ask the customer if they want a refund, or a replacement of the lost item
  

· Denied

• FedEx denied the claim!

• Our hands are tied unfortunately, in this case we have to let the customer know about the denied claim.

• If customer escalates: please refer to your Team Leads for further help on this escalating case
