I want to change the shipping address on my order

If you would like to change your delivery address, you will have to cancel your order and place it again. As long as the status is still “The order is in process”, the order can be cancelled.

To do so, log into your account and check "Orders" - if it has not been processed yet, the order can be cancelled. Simply click on “Cancel order”.

Depending on your payment method, it may take a few business days to process your refund.

Please ensure the items you are interested in are in stock before cancelling, as the latest item availability date will be applied to your order. Depending on the products you are interested in, the date of delivery might be postponed.

Please keep in mind if you cancel your order, you might lose a discount or your pre-order status.
