If your order has been handed over to our warehouse but a tracking number is not yet available, we apologize for the lack of clarity regarding your order's status. However, you will find this information in the "Orders" section of your Fanatec account when it is ready. You will additionally receive an email with the tracking details, once your order is shipped
If all products in your order are ready to be shipped within the next 4-7 business days, but the order status has not changed from "In Progress" to "Handed Over to Warehouse," please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Our agents are more than happy to assist you further.
