Are there any import charges or customs if I order from outside the EU?

If your order is shipped outside the EU, including the UK, you may be charged customs fees based on the value of the goods ordered.

These are not charged by us and are therefore not visible on your invoice!
Our shipping partner, UPS, will send you a separate invoice for these charges. Please hold on to this paperwork, as your local authorities should be able to reimburse you in the event you need to return a product.
