Looking for refund of $20 for next delivery that I did not get on time that I paid for.
Available shipping provider delivery times (such as two-day service or similar express options) refer to the actual time our shipping partner needs to deliver goods from the point they pick up parcels from the warehouse.
Actual delivery times depend on your regional shipping options, when you place an order and the delivery option you choose. For example, as we do not process orders on weekends or holidays, a purchase made on a Friday evening will not be transferred to our warehouse until the following Monday morning, even if you paid for next-day service.
Normally, shipments are prepared at the warehouse based on the order in which they were placed. However, our warehouse prioritizes processing services like FedEx Overnight (US only).
