I ordered that GT McLaren wheel, engine, peddles. I was charged on my chase account for $951 but I do not see my order in my order section. I have no invoice. I want my products I just do not want to be charged for something that I will not be receiving.
Sometimes it might occur that customers try and place an order, but while we receive the payment, the order is not actually created. This is mainly due to a bug in our system.
If the customer contacts us that they made a payment but have not received an order number, the standard way to proceed would be to refund the payment. CAUTION - this only applies to certain countries and regions!
For countries, which do use a currency which is different than the main currency of the Webshop, we have to create the orders in the backend for the customer. If we were to refund that payment, the customer would lose a higher amount of their money since the currency exchange rate changes quite frequently and therefore we would not be able to refund the original amount of money that the customer transferred.
