I've recently placed the order and have regrets about the wheel that I bought and QR1. I'd like to return these and get a QR2 wheel. How long does the return process usually take?

If you have started a return process with us, please be advised that the order needs to be returned to our premises within 30 days.

Once your order reaches our warehouse, we will issue the refund once our warehouse confirms the receipt of it. It will take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account.
