How can I place a pre-order?

It is possible to pre-order products that are not currently in stock. Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as our warehouse receive new units. You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation shortly before your order is handed over to the carrier.

If you chose a payment method other than bank transfer, the amount will be deducted from your account immediately.

For EU customers: if you select the bank transfer payment method, you have two weeks to pay the amount due, or your order will be cancelled. Please note in the event the goods arrive in our warehouse earlier than expected, there will be no additional payment reminder. We only dispatch paid orders.
