I cannot log into my account.
Occasionally, customers have trouble logging in to their Fanatec account. It's possible that our server was overloaded when you tried logging in or that your browser was having trouble working with our site. Please also ensure that you are trying to log into the correct region - sometimes US users try to access their account via our EU website, or vice versa. Depending on your IP settings, this may happen without you noticing.
If you continue to have trouble, please let us know by sending an email to webshop@fanatec.com and we can try a few other things to get you back on track. In this case, please include a screenshot of your error message, where the URL address is visible.
