US: relocating an order to Walgreens for pick-up
For US orders only: if you are unable to accept the delivery of your order, we may recommend the option to relocate your parcels to a local Walgreens for pick-up.
To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Enter your tracking number here https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html and select “Manage Delivery”.
2. Select “Hold at Location” and choose a nearby Walgreens.
3. When your package arrives, FedEx will notify you, and you can pick it up at the selected location.
