Fanatec Consumer Guarantee

Effective June 3, 2025

Corsair GmbH provides consumers with a limited warranty that all Fanatec branded products (“Products”/”Product”) purchased directly from Corsair GmbH or its authorized retailers/resellers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This limited warranty does not replace the consumer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws or regulations in the country of purchase or, if different, the consumer’s country of residence. The limited warranty provided herein are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. In addition to the above, in :

• European Union, Switzerland and Norway — This limited warranty is a voluntary manufacturer warranty independent of and in addition to the consumer’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Australia – Australian Consumer Law Notice — Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Remedies

•  If the Product is not operating in accordance with its published technical specification, in accordance with the limited warranty terms set out herein, at the sole discretion of Corsair GmbH, the Product will be replaced for free or replaced with a product of an equivalent item of similar function and value, including a successor model if the original is unavailable. Equivalency shall be determined at the sole discretion of Corsair GmbH.
• Any replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days whichever is greater, or the period of time required by local statute.
• Warranty coverage applies to individual Products within a bundle. In the event of a Product failure, only the defective Product will be eligible for repair or replacement. Full bundle replacement is excluded.
• This limited warranty excludes counterfeit Products as solely determined by Corsair GmbH. Any Product identified as counterfeit will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities for investigation. Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. In jurisdictions where implied warranties cannot be excluded or limited, such warranties are limited to the duration of the Warranty Period.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover: (a) damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications; (b) cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality; (c) normal wear and tear or consumable components, including batteries or cables, unless failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship; (d) damage caused by third-party products or accessories not approved by Corsair GmbH ; (e) Products with altered, removed, or unreadable serial numbers; or (f) service performed by anyone not authorized by Corsair GmbH.

Returns
