Which wheel bases have limited torque?

Stronger wheel bases like the Podium DD (P DD) or ClubSport DD (CS DD) can get limited to 8Nm when using them with a steering wheel which has a plastic quick release like the QR2 Lite or QR1 Lite. Some CSL line steering wheels like the P1 V2, CSL WRC or CSL BMW are always limited to 8Nm, even after upgrading to a metal quick release like the ClubSport QR1, QR2 or QR2 Pro.
