My wheel base is not turning on

We recommend checking the following points:

Is the power cable securely connected to the power supply?

Have you already attempted to try using a different wall socket? 

To ensure proper operation, always plug the power supply directly into a wall outlet.

We strongly advise against using a power strip.

If the issue persists, we recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support team for further assistance.
