The throttle or clutch pedal does not reach 100% or does not go back to 0%

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

Check if the grub (magnet) screw is tightened properly and if the magnet bolt is in the correct position. 

A picture is linked at the bottom of this article, showing how it should look.

Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the Fanatec app and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).

If the issue persists, we recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support team for further assistance.
