The input of the throttle, brake, or clutch pedal flickers when the pedal is pressed
In order to cross out an issue on the software side, we recommend performing the following:
Check for any pending Windows updates.
These should also be performed if available.
Make sure to have connected your pedals directly to a Windows PC via a USB connection cable.
Do not use a USB hub or a USB extension cable, as this can lead to issues.
We always recommend plugging the device directly into one of the USB ports located on your PC's motherboard.
Reset your pedals by following the video guide.
Make sure to have any antivirus program(s) disabled before installing the Fanatec app.
Download and install the latest version of the Fanatec app using this link.
Open the Fanatec app, click on the 'Firmware Update' tab, and perform all available firmware updates.
Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the Fanatec app again and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
