The pedals do not sit properly on a flat surface?

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

Remove the rubber cover on the upper part of the heel rest, and loosen the 6 bolts holding the pedals to the heel rest.

Loosen one nut of each stabilizer rod.

Place the set on the floor and tighten the nuts of the stabilizer rods. 

Make sure all pedals touch the floor.

Tighten 6 bolts holding the heel rest on the pedal units.
