The sleeve of my QR2 Wheel-Side gets stuck
In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:
Start your PC and wheel base, then open the Fanatec app.
Go to the Tuning Menu and set FFB to 100% and FEI to 100% as well.
Press the force feedback test button; we recommend repeating the process twice.
Warning, do not touch the steering wheel once the FFB test button has been pressed!
The steering wheel will now move very quickly to the left and right.
Verify that the steering wheel can now be removed after completing this process.
