The sleeve of my QR2 Wheel-Side gets stuck

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

Start your PC and wheel base.

Open the Fanatec app.

Click on the tuning menu shown on the left-hand side in the app and set FFB and FEI to 100%.

Then click on the wheel base shown on the left-hand side in the app.

Warning, do not touch the steering wheel once the FFB test button has been pressed!

Press the Force Feedback test button, and we recommend repeating the process twice.

The steering wheel will now move quickly to the left and right.

Once the process is complete, check whether the steering wheel can now be removed.

If the issue persists, we recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support team for further assistance.

Note: This troubleshooting article applies to the QR2 Pro, QR2 and QR2 Lite.
