An unusual noise coming from my CSL Elite wheel base while turning the wheel

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

Inspect the white belt pulleys for any signs of damage or defects.

If re-lubrication is required, we recommend technical grease or Vaseline. 

Please avoid using any oil-based products such as WD40. 

If the issue persists, we recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support team for further assistance.
