My Podium Button Module Rally is not being recognized

To rule out a potential hardware issue, please follow these steps:

Connect your wheel base to a Windows PC using the USB connection cable and power on the device.

Launch the Fanatec app and navigate to the firmware updates section to manually initiate the firmware update process.

Disconnect the USB-C connection cable from the hub that is connected to the Podium Button Module Rally.

Reconnect the USB-C cable and proceed with performing the firmware update for the P BM R.

Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the Fanatec app again and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
