The Tuning Menu is locked, and no adjustments can be made

The Tuning Menu can be unlocked after performing another firmware update for your wheel base. 

Please follow these steps:

Make sure to have connected your wheel base directly to a Windows PC via a USB connection cable.

Do not use a USB hub or a USB extension cable in order to prevent any issues.

We always recommend plugging the device directly into one of the USB ports located on your PC's motherboard.

Open the Fanatec app.

Navigate to the Firmware Update Manager via the tab in the app, then click on "Perform Firmware Update Manually," and perform a firmware update for your wheel base - reflash the firmware of your wheel base.

Once the update/reflash of the firmware is complete, try accessing the Tuning Menu again.
