How to exchange the clutch spring of the CSP V3

Attention: The steps listed involve disassembling certain components of the product. A detailed manual is attached at the bottom of this article, which explains each step with both images and text for your reference.

Tools needed:

Hex key 2.5 x 110mm

The clutch spring can be ordered directly from our spare parts shop.

Please follow all steps carefully, proceeding step by step:

Loosen the grub screw with a 2.5 hex key

Remove the magnet bolt from its place and place it safely

Push clutch joint down and pull it out

Take out the clutch joint

Remove the clutch spring

Replace clutch spring with new one

Turn back joint, push it down and move it back to its place

Place the bolt on its place.

The magnet needs to be turned toward the sensor

Push the magnet back to its place

Tighten the grub screw with a 2.5 hex key

Once you have performed the steps listed above, connect the CSP V3 to your PC or wheel base, open the Fanatec app and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
