How to exchange the throttle or clutch sensor of the CSP V3

Attention: The steps listed involve disassembling certain components of the product. A detailed manual is attached at the bottom of this article, which explains each step with both images and text for your reference.

Tools needed:

Hex key 2.5 x 110mm

The throttle or clutch sensor can be ordered directly from our spare parts shop.

Please follow all steps carefully, proceeding step by step:

Remove 3 nuts which hold throttle/clutch sensor with a 2.5 hex key

Remove the sensor holder with sensor from its place

Unplug throttle/clutch sensor from main PCBA

Remove screws, plastic washers and sensor from holder

Place the throttle/clutch sensor on the holder

Place the nuts back to its place

Place plastic washers on its place

Carefully place the sensor holder on its place

Tighten 3 nuts which hold throttle/clutch sensor with  a 2.5 hex key

(Do not tighten the screws too hard as you may damage the sensor!)

Plug in throttle/clutch cable in main PCBA

Once you have performed the steps listed above, connect the CSP V3 to your PC or wheel base, open the Fanatec app and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
