A Primer for First-Time Purchasers

Purchasing for the first time? Here's a quick primer on what to expect.

• As soon as the order is picked up by the shipping partner from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
• All items are packaged in ready-to-ship boxes, so if you've purchased a bundle, please note that they will not all be shipped in the same box, but will be shipped individually.
  • Double-check your tracking number once you have it for any additional tracking numbers. 
• Fanatec has no influence over delivery times once handed over to a delivery partner.
• You may reference the Order Tracking Tool for any relevant tracking information or your order.
• If it is shipping through UPS, and you will not be available the day it delivers, you may request UPS to deliver to a UPS Access Point instead.
• For UK Orders: VAT and other taxes are included in the total price of the product.
