The input signal flickers when pressing the accelerator or clutch pedal
In order to cross out an issue on the software side, we recommend performing the following:
Check for any pending Windows updates.
These should also be performed if available.
Make sure to have connected your pedals directly to a Windows PC via a USB connection cable.
Do not use a USB hub or a USB extension cable in order to prevent any issues.
We always recommend plugging the device directly to one of the USB ports located on your PC's motherboard.
Reset your pedals by following the video guide available at this link.
Once you have completed the reset, please proceed with the next steps.
Make sure to have any antivirus program(s) disabled.
Download and install the latest Fanatec app version.
You can download the latest version using this link.
After installing, please restart your PC.
Now open the Fanatec app, click on the "Firmware Update" tab, and perform all of the available firmware updates.
Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the app again and verify the proper functionality of your pedals.
We also recommend double-checking that it functions correctly within the game.
If the issue persists, we recommend that you submit a ticket to our technical support team for further assistance.
