Firmware update stuck at 53%
Turn off your wheel base and remove the steering wheel.
Uninstall the currently installed Fanatec app via your Windows system settings → Apps.
Open the Device Manager in Windows (right-click on the Windows icon).
Change the Device Manager view to "Devices by container".
Then go to "View" again and select "Show hidden devices".
You should now see all previously hidden Fanatec devices.
Uninstall or remove all listed Fanatec devices.
Restart your computer.
Download the legacy Fanatec driver 474.
The following link will take you to the version in question.
Install the driver while the wheel base is still turned off.
Restart your PC again once the installation has been completed.
Make sure that your wheel base is still connected to your PC via USB.
Do not use a USB extension cable or connect your wheel base to a USB hub in order to prevent any issues.
We always recommend plugging the device directly to one of the USB ports located on your PC's motherboard.
Now, press and hold the power button of your wheel base for approximately 8 seconds.
The firmware updater should appear on your PC screen, allowing you to perform a firmware update.
Perform the firmware update by pressing the "Flash Firmware" button.
If the update was completed successfully, please continue with the following steps.
Turn off your wheel base.
Attach the steering wheel to the wheel base.
Uninstall the currently installed Fanatec driver 474 via your Windows system settings → Apps.
Download and install the latest Fanatec app.

Restart your PC again once the installation has been completed.
Launch the app.
Start your wheel base and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
