Firmware update was not completed successfully

Sometimes, a firmware update for your wheel base, steering wheel, or another updateable product may not complete successfully. In some cases, the new firmware may not be installed, or the update process may be interrupted.

If this happens, simply connecting the device to a different USB port on your PC and restarting the update process can often resolve the issue.

For the best connection and most reliable update process, we generally recommend using USB ports directly on your PC’s motherboard. Using USB ports on the front panel of your PC or connecting the device through a USB hub may cause connection issues and can interrupt the firmware update.
