When was the Fanatec CSL Elite Racing Wheel - Officially licensed for PS4 released?

The Fanatec "CSL Elite Racing Wheel - Officially licensed for PS4 released" was released in June 2017 as a Steering Wheel + Wheel Base (called racing wheel) Bundle which was licensed for PS4 systems by Sony.

The bundle featured the CSL Elite Wheel Base + officially licensed for PS4 which was first only available in this set.
Later on Fanatec managed to offer this Wheel Base separate too for existing owners or sim racers who wanted to use different Steering Wheel on their PlayStation compatible Wheel Base.
