Bad RJ12 on CSL load cell pedal kit. Only works via USB on PC.

If your CSL Pedals Load Cell Kit only works via USB on PC and not through the RJ12 connection, it's important to ensure that you are not connecting the pedals via both RJ12 and USB at the same time, as this can cause issues.

If the RJ12 connection to a pedal set is not working but the pedals function normally when connected via USB, there are three potential causes. Either the RJ12 cable is defective, the RJ12 port or the PCB on the pedals is faulty, or the RJ12 port or the electronics of the wheel base are affected by an error.

If possible, please test the function with another RJ12 cable. Typically, cables from third-party manufacturers with the same connection can also be used. Unfortunately, you can only test the electronics of the pedals or the wheel base with other pedals or a second wheel base. If you can definitively isolate the problem on-site, it may be resolved with the correct replacement part.

Alternatively, an analysis can be conducted in our workshop.
