No, the Podium Advanced Button Module is not compatible with the Gran Turismo Extreme Wheel.
In general Button Modules can only be mounted on Hubs like the Podium Hub and the ClubSport Universal Hub (V1, V2).
A Fanatec setup using the Gran Turismo Extreme Wheel is a Fanatec Setup with Steering Wheel.
Buttom Modules are used in modular Steering Wheel setups with Hub.

The Wheel Base within the Gran Turismo Extreme Bundle, the CS DD+ does support Hubs and Button Modules!
But in this case the Steering Wheel for Gran Turismo DD Extreme is removed from the base. The Playstation 4/5 and Gran Turismo compatibility of the Wheel Base remains.
