Does the clubsport DD have an outrunner motor as the Podium DD?

No, the ClubSport DD and ClubSport DD+ are using an inrunner motor just as the CSL and GT DD Wheel Bases. Only the Podium DD was designed with outrunner motors.

Outrunners motors more complex and expensive to build but do have some some advantages over outunners.
Over times and with great investments into development inrunner technology could be massively improved and drawbacks could be reduced greatly. With this new found potential in inrunners, using this type of motor was a logical decision for the ClubSport (DD & DD+) Series.
