My wheel base is switching (while driving or in idle) the platform mode for no obvious reason

If your wheel bease is switching the platform mode without you pressing the power button or without pressing the necessary button combination on the steering wheel, there might be 2 reasons for this to happen:

1. All wheel bases: There might be a intermitted connection in between steering wheel/hub and wheel base. 
2. Non-DD ClubSport Wheel Bases  (V1, V2, V2.5): There might be an issue related to the power button itself which triggers the issue.

In both cases a hardware issue would be related to the symptom (sudden platform mode switch) you experience. Please contact our tech support evaluate your troubleshooting options!

What you can try & important information for our tech support:

• Check QR connection -> on CSL DD and GT DD Wheel Base open the QR clamp, push in the base QR (and the USB-C connector) firmly into the base hub and tighten the clamp again
  
• Does it happen on all your steering wheels?
• Which wheel base, steering wheel, QR and hub are you using?
• Check Wheel/Hub Pins
