- 1.: When did the issue arise? Since day 1 or just recently?

In order to solve the issue, I already initiated an RMA to send the BMW M4 GT3 steering wheel to our workshop for analysis and repair. In case that no repair is possible, we will proceed with an exchange of the product. Note, the turnaround for the RMA is about 2 weeks, approximately.
