Self Help - The OLED display on the PODIUM DD is not working

In order to eliminate an issue on the software side, please perform the following:
 

- 1.: Connect your DD to a Windows machine/PC.
 

- 2.: Make sure to have the antivirus program disabled for the driver installation.
 

- 3.: Download and install the latest FANATEC driver package XXX. The following link will take you to the latest version:

- 4.: Open the FANATEC Control Panel and perform the firmware update for all of your devices which require such. The firmware updater will show you the version for each one and if it requires an update.
 

Once these steps are done, please  check everything again.
 

If the issue is still existing, so we recommend an RMA for your DD. 
 

Please provide us with a short video of the issue. Once the video confirms the issue from our end, we will proceed with an RMA.
