Product damaged during transit
In such cases, we advise immediately opening a support ticket. In order to speed up the support process, it would be helpful if you could also provide us with the following additional information:
- Was the shipping box sealed upon arrival?
- Are there any visible damages to the packaging?
- Images of the damages, and shipping box/packaging.
- Are all the included accessories in the box? You can verify this by looking under the “Contents” section in the Quick Guide.
