Self Help - Motor turns by itself

- 1.: When did the issue arise? Since day 1 or just recently?
 

- 2.: How often does the issue happen?
 

- 3.: Does a specific sequence of events need to happen for the issue to surface?
 

- 4.: Does the issue happen after an environment change, such as upgrading or installing software or hardware?
 

- 5.: Which FANATEC driver package and firmware versions are installed? Note, you can find the identification numbers in the FANATEC control panel at the bottom on the left-hand side.
 

- 6.: Have you already tried an older driver and their firmware? Please follow the link below, which will take you to the different drivers:
