Self Help - OLED display image scrambled

In order to cross out an issue on the software side. Please perform the following:
 

- 1.: Reset your wheelbase by following the guide

- 2.: Make sure to have the antivirus program disabled for the driver installation.
 

- 3.: Download and install the latest FANATEC driver package XXX. The following link will take you to the latest version:
 

+ https://fanatec.com/eu-en/driver
 

- 4.: Open the Firmware Update manager by clicking on the update tab in the FANATEC Control Panel and perform all the available firmware updates.
 

Now, I kindly ask you to test everything again. 
 

In case that the issue ist still present, we recommend an RMA for the steering wheel.
