Self Help - The handbrake does not reach 100% input when pulled

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

1. Remove the top cover of the handbrake by following the instructions mentioned under point number 4 in the quick guide. This link will take you to the manual.

2. With the potentiometer now visible, use some compressed air to clean the component, and then remount the top cover of the handbrake.

3. Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the Fanatec Control Panel, and verify the proper functionality of your device(s). We also suggest double-checking in game.

In case the issue is still persisting, or you are not able to perform the steps mentioned, we advise opening a support ticket. In order to speed up the process, it would be helpful if you could also provide us with the following additional information.
