Self Help - Fixing screw thread on the hub is damaged after use

Would you please provide us with a picture of the damage? What we can offer as a solution in such case will be the following:

- 1.: We can initiate a repair RMA and have the hub exchanged in our workshop.

- 2.: We can send out a replacement hub. By doing so, you should be able to perform the repair, by yourself.
