Self Help - PODIUM Hub not recognized by the wheel base - other steering wheels are working fine

In order to cross out a connection issue between PHUB and Wheelbase, we would suggest performing the following:
 

- 1.: Take off the Steering Wheel, turn it to the backside, and then you have to make sure that all screws inside the Quick Release System are moderately tightened/hand-tightened. Attached is a picture showing the screws. To do so, you will need two Allen Keys: a 3 mm, and a 2 mm for the screw in the center/middle. 
 

- 2.: Make sure to have the antivirus program disabled for the driver installation.
 

- 3.: Download and install the latest FANATEC driver package XXX. The following link will take you to the latest version:

Once these steps are done, please go back into the FANATEC Control Panel and check all functions of the steering wheel.
 

If the issue still persists after all these steps, we recommend an RMA for your DD and PHUB.
