Self Help - Shifter paddle providing constant input without being pressed

Please contact technical support. Optimally, it would be helpful if you could also provide us with additional information. The following information most likely will help to speed up the entire process:
 

- 1.: When did the issue arise? Since day 1 or just recently?
 

- 2.: Which FANATEC driver package and firmware versions are installed? Note, you can find the identification numbers in the FANATEC Control Panel at the bottom on the left-hand side.
 

- 3.: Have you already tried an older driver and their firmware? Please follow the link below, which will take you to the different drivers:

- 4.: Does this happen after initializing of the wheelbase, or while driving?
 

- 5.: Please record a video, and please show us the input you are getting from the steering wheel in the FANATEC Control Panel.
 

The FANATEC Control Panel (the driver page) is the place where you will get an accurate input reading. In case the issue occurs there, we can then confirm that the issue is not related to an in-game setting.
