Self Help - The power port on my Wheel Base is loose
Please check the following on the hardware end:
- 1.: Is the blue LED on the power supply on, is the light dimmed or bright?
- 2.: Can you notice any play in the power cable while it is plugged to the power connector? Is the wheelbase switching off when you touch the cable?
- 3.: How long did you use the wheelbase for until it powered off? Is the issue occurring while the force feedback is engaged, kicks in?
