Self Help - Elastomer spring holder broken

Please let us know how the issue occurred. Do you remember using more than the 5 Elastomer Springs and attaching those without the black spacers, for example?

Can you also show us how the pedals are positioned on your cockpit? Any information about the cause of defect will be of help.

In such cases, we can offer the following:

- 1.: We can initiate a Repair-RMA and have the holder for elastomer springs exchanged in our workshop.

- 2.: We can send out to you a replacement holder, and then you can replace it by yourself.
