Self Help - Pedals do not show any input unless you wiggle or move the connector of the potentiometer
In this case, we would suggest having the potentiometer and the main PCBA of your pedals replaced. There are to ways in order to achieve this:
- 1.: We can send you a replacement potentiometer and PCBA , so you can replace them by yourself.
Regarding the potentiometer replacement, please find the attached guide, which will show you how to perform the procedure and also how to time the potentiometer properly.
Regarding the replacement of the main PCBA, please check out the manual for the CSL EP LC-Kit. The following link will take you to the manual:

- 2.: We would offer you to have the pedals sent to our workshop, so we can inspect it. Once the inspection is done, we will provide you with a cost estimate for the repair.
Here are few more details about the term "Service RMA". Repair fee for the technician 35,00 € per half an hour, all shipping costs are covered by the customer. The inspection itself, is free of charge.
