Sleeve gets stuck (QR2)

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

1. Start your PC, wheel base and open the Fanatec Control Panel.

2. Click on the tuning menu shown on the left-hand side of the Fanatec Control Panel, set FFB to 100 % and FEI as well.

3. Click on the wheel base shown on the left-hand side of the Fanatec Control Panel. Warning, do not touch the steering wheel once the FFB test button has been pressed! Press the force feedback test button, we recommend repeating the process twice.

4. The steering wheel will now move very quickly to the left and right. Check that it is now possible to remove the steering wheel once this process has been completed.

In case the issue persists, we advise opening a support ticket. In order to speed up the support process, it would be helpful if you could also provide us with the following additional information:

- Did the issue occur out of the box?

- A short video illustrating the issue.
