Self Help - Unusual noise coming from the wheel base while turning

In order to cross out an issue with the product, we recommend performing the following:

(Warning: The following step requires disassembling parts of the product! In case you may not feel confident in doing so, please skip this step and contact our technical support.)

1. Inspect the white belt pulleys for damage and grease them. Below, you will find a guide which will show you how to open the wheel base, and get access to the pulleys. If re-lubrication is required, we recommend technical grease, or Vaseline. Please avoid using any oil based products such as WD40:
