Self Help - ClubSport Shifter V1.5 - The gears are not engaged properly in H-pattern mode

In order to cross out an issue on the hardware side, we recommend performing the following:

Kindly follow the instructions in the manual linked at the bottom of this article.

Unscrew the shift knob from the shifter unit and unscrew the 4 screws on the top corners of the unit.
 
Remove the top cover very slowly until you are able to see and disconnect the sequential switch connection. 
 
This will allow you to remove the cover entirely.
 
Disconnect all the cables from their sockets and reconnect them again.
 
Slightly increase the resistance of the shifter by tightening the resistance screw on the side of the unit.
 
Recalibrate the shifter.

Once you have performed the steps listed above, open the Fanatec app again and verify the proper functionality of your device(s).
